Moong dal/channa dal-1cup
French beans-4(chop them fine and microwave it for 1 min..they turn soft)
Fresh carrots chopped-1
Green chille chopped fine-1
Soak the dal overnight.Incase you are using yellow moong dal then your dosas can be eaten in less than a hour.Drain the water and grind them to a fine paste.Mix water such that the batter is a semi thick consistent.It should not be runny.Add salt.Now take a pan and pour the batter to form a thick pancake.soon add all the veggies on it.Fell free to add as much as you can.Now roast it n medium flame and press the veggies slightly.
Once it is ready to pop up then flip it to the other side and cook for a minute.Serve hot with mint chutney.
Lentils are a good source of protein and the veggies make your meal fibre rich.
