My trouble in making my DH to have his breakfast regularly has been consistent and this is how I succeeded to break that!Thanks to Shiva Choubey the original contributor of this idea!These roti pockets are very easy to carry along to office and also you can just throw off the foil once you munch them completely!So no need to carry heavy boxes in your backpacks :)Also you get the benefit of eating nutritious vegetable along with fibre coated rotis..what say guys??
- Any curry that you wish you eat along with rotis,But it should be either dry or semi dry to stay inside the rotis.

Just take a small ball of dough and roll the roti.Drop few drops of oil or ghee on the flattened roti. Then fold and press half the side, leave the top half open. Then grill on pan with few drops of oil/ghee and your roti pockets are ready.Stuff your curry as much as you can accumulate inside and wrap it in a silver foil!I will use these pockets for lunch as well!
