Rich Brownie Multicolour Soup!!

Today i was so hungry as soon as i came from outside.But nothing is ready to eat..
I decided to prepare some soup kind of stuff and also thought to do some experiment
Finally it evolved into a fiber rich and tasty yummy brownie soup πŸ™‚
Ingredients:-
  • Fist ful of broken brown rice
  • Thinly chopped French beans
  • Grated Carrots
  • Green peas
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Cabbage Leaves
  • Chopped corriender and curry levaes

Method:-
  • Put half tea spoon of oil into a nonstick pan.Put all the veggies and add turmeric along with garlic and ginger and curry leaves.
  • Saute them on high flame for 5 mins.
  • Add pepper and switch of the stove.
  • In a separate hard bottomed pan,take a cup of brown rice and add more water.
  • After 10 mins drain all the water and add more water.
  • Continue the procedure until the rice becomes too soft and like a dhal.
  • Drain the water,Add the veggies stuff and add more water now..Now put it on high flame and stir continuously.
  • Sprinkle pepper and jeera powder and little lemon juice.Garnish with onion and tomato rings..Enjoy this hot bowl in a chilling evening..
