Today i was so hungry as soon as i came from outside.But nothing is ready to eat..
I decided to prepare some soup kind of stuff and also thought to do some experiment
Finally it evolved into a fiber rich and tasty yummy brownie soup π
Ingredients:-
- Fist ful of broken brown rice
- Thinly chopped French beans
- Grated Carrots
- Green peas
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Cabbage Leaves
- Chopped corriender and curry levaes
Method:-
- Put half tea spoon of oil into a nonstick pan.Put all the veggies and add turmeric along with garlic and ginger and curry leaves.
- Saute them on high flame for 5 mins.
- Add pepper and switch of the stove.
- In a separate hard bottomed pan,take a cup of brown rice and add more water.
- After 10 mins drain all the water and add more water.
- Continue the procedure until the rice becomes too soft and like a dhal.
- Drain the water,Add the veggies stuff and add more water now..Now put it on high flame and stir continuously.
- Sprinkle pepper and jeera powder and little lemon juice.Garnish with onion and tomato rings..Enjoy this hot bowl in a chilling evening..
