Simple Chicken Fry!

My DH is a pure vegetarian and hates to even smell chicken.Even am not a good fan of it.But there is one another creature at home who falls crazy on chicken-my elder bro.So I have prepared this dish for him.Am new to non-veg cooking and surprisingly it came out very well.But my bro said it would have been extremely good if cooked for few more minutes.This is called as Kodi Vepudu in Andhra.So here goes the recipe:!

Ingredients:-
Boneless chicken 250 gms
Onions finely sliced-3
Green chille slit-3
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Cumin powder-1tbsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Turmeric-1/2 tbsp
red chillie powder-1tbsp
Curry Leaves-few
Cashew nuts chopped-15
Oil
Method:-
Take a pan.Add two tbsps of oil.Saute the onions and green chillies.Once they turn pink add the ginger garlic paste till the mixture turns golden brown.Add the chicken pieces and turmeric,salt.Mix it up nicely and let it cook for 10-15min with the lid covered.Once you identify the chicken tender,add all the rest of mas alas and cashew nuts,curry leaves..Mix gently and let it cook for few more minutes.Garnish it with coriander leaves..
