Spicy Paneer Fritters |Kids Recipes|Party Recipes

April 15, 2012 by Siri

I was having lots of paneer in my fridge and i really wanted to clean the fridge by removing all the existing products in it.Wanted to start a week with fresh food πŸ™‚ Though if doing paneer tikka..but was short of vegetables like tomatoes and bell peppers..So I made these comforting paneer fritters..They melt like anything in your mouth and make you sit in a heaven..So today is gonna be the recipe for spicy paneer fritters!
What You Need:
Paneer Cubes – 1/4 kg
Curd – 1 cup
Chilli powder – 2tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Chat Masala powder – 1tbsp
Amchur Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter/oil/ghee – 2tbsp
How I Made:
Wash your paneer cubes in running water and keep them aside.
Make a paste by mixing curd and salt with all the spice powders.Add a spash of water and adjust the consistency it should not be too runny.
Dip the paneer cubes in this mixture and shallow fry them in a pan.
Serve your paneer fritters hot with any chutney or ketchup.
Very simple isn’t it ??
