Spicy Vegetable Pizza/Mushroom pizza/Paneer Pizza

Hi Friends,I know i know..Its been a long time since I posted here..Today we felt like going to Pizza Hut to have our brunch..But felt very lazy to get ready and go out..So thought why can’t I prepare my own pizza..And then the healthy spicy wheat pizza was ready πŸ™‚ It came out soooo good.Please try it out and let me know what you think..

What you need:

  • Pizza Dough-I will post the recipe of this very sooon
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion 
  • Tomato 
  • Green Peas
  • Paneer
  • Palak leaves
  • Sweet corn shells
  • Baby corn
  • Chilli Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated Cheese
How I made:
Slice up all your vegetables,paneer, and take into a bowl except tomatoes.

Add salt,pepper, coriander powder,chilli powder,garam masala to them.

Add a spoon full of thick curd and mix well.Marinate this mixture for 20 minutes or so.

Pre heat your oven to 250 degrees

Mean while take your dough and roll it into a thick roti kind of circle.

Fold the edges firmly to give a pizza look.Transfer it in to a baking tray.

Now add ketchup and spread evenly.Throw grated cheese.

Then add in the marinated veggies and spread evenly.

Add tomato and onion rings.again sprinkle lots of cheese

Now bake this for 20-25 minutes or till it is done.your pizza will be ready and so oooooogy gooogy with melted cheese πŸ™‚

Pictorial:
Prepare all your veggies

Chop up mushrooms as well

Add all spice powders

Add a spoon full of thick curd

Add palak too and marinate well

This is your pizza dough

Take a big ball and keep it on work top

Roll into a thick circle

Fold the edges inside

Take tomato chilli sauce on to it

Spread it evenly over it
Sprinkle lots of cheese

Add in the marinated veggies and paneer too

Onion slices please

Now your tomato rings

Again sprinkle some cheese

Ready to get baked

PIZZA is done..hurray!!

Soooo yummy..
