Soya Granules curry is a guest post from one of my close friends Soma…I really want to try this once..I could really smell the flavour of this from the picture itself..It tastes great with rotis or even can be used for making healthy sandwiches..Healthy wraps can be made using this minces soya curry..

  • Onion – 1, medium, chopped fine
  • Green chillies – 3, slit
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 2, large, chopped fine
  • Mint – a handful of leaves, coriander leaves – a handful
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp
  • Mustard seeds – a tsp
  • Urad dal – ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – a sprig
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – 1 tsp
Preparation Method:
  • Soak soya granules in hot water for 5 min. Squeeze them out of the water completely. Keep aside.Mash them into small pieces if possible or it can be done during cooking also..
  • Heat oil in a kadai..Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds
  • when they sizzle, add onions, green chillies. Fry until onions turn brown or tranculent
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till it golden.Add coriander and mint leaves, fry till it gives a nice aroma..
  • Add chilli powder, garam masala, and fry till raw smell leaves.
