Bhelpuri is a savoury Indian snack, that is highly consumed through out the country… It is made out of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce.. A dry variant of Bhelpuri popularly known as Bhadang is consumed after garnishing with onions, coriander and lemon juice.Though this is a popular chat variety..It has got very health flavours as we dont use a single drop of oil in this..Also we can add any vegetables that we want to make it nutrient rich.Puffed rice has little content of carbohydrates in it so you can gulp it with no guilt..Its a very light weight food too..People who are health conscious
can avoid tamarind sauce and sev that we sprinkle on it..
