At last time has come for me to post this bhelpuri chat for the SNC(South vs North Challenge)..Am participating from South Team for this challenge..and north team has posed a challenge to south team to prepare Bhelpuri chat..I have a healthy variety of vegetable bhelpuri chat in my blog..do check that as well here
To know more about the SNC challenge please click here for more details..

You need the follwiing to prepare this tasty bhelpuri chat..
  • Puffed rice  – 1 cup
  • Fried  Papdis (Papris) – 5
  • Onion chopped -1/2
  • Lemon juice – 1 spoon
  • Tamarind date chutney – 1 tbsp
  • Sev – 3 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Mint Chutney – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

I used masala puffed rice to give some extra kick to the behlpuri.Take some puffed rice into a bowl.Add in green, red and tamarind chutneys and mix well.Throw in chopped onions and mix well.Add in some papris chopped and mix well.Sprinkle coriander leves and sev on top.Serve immediately else it will become full soggy 🙂
