Cheesy Sweetcorn Sandwich |Chilli Cheese Corn Toast| Breakfast Recipes

October 15, 2012 by Siri

Sandwiches are my all time favourite..but when I pick up brown bread for it 🙂 But H is a great fan of white bread and we always have a cat fight in choosing the type ..They are a great way to kick start a fresh morning..also this requires fresh vegetables that are uncooked,,,so its nutrient rich and fat free..but you need to be intelligent on choosing your toppings according to your tastes and health preferences..This time I have chosen white bread to satisfy my guy’s carvings 🙂 Off to the recipe for Cheese Sweetcorn Sandwich..
Makes 4 sandwiches
Serves -2

You Need:

  • Bread slices white or brown 2
  • Sweet corn —————-as much as you like
  • Green chilli—————–1
  • Tomato sliced big———–1
  • White sauce or Mayonnaise—2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese———————-1 tbsp

You need Sandwich maker but can bring good results with stove top as well

How I Made :

Take a slice of bread in a plate and spread some mayo.

Add corn and chilli and top it with 2 slices of tomato.

Sprinkle some cheese and put another slice of bread.

Drizzle some oil on your sandwich maker plate and cook it till done.

If it is on stove top, drizzle some oil on a hot tawa and roast it on both sides until brown.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Line up all your stuff

Take  a slice

Spread some mayo

place few corn n chilli

top with some tomato slices

Sprinkle some grated cheese

And cover it with another slice

Get ready for toasted

Done done done..

Toasted to golden brown

See you until next post..Siri 🙂
