Rasam Idli | Breakfast Recipes

Rasam Idlis:-I know this recipe isn’t an elaborate one to blog but I don’t want you to miss the goodness of this at any cost..I have had many memories with  sambar idli since the time I stepped into my most favourite Chennai but Rasam Idlis are very new to me until I tasted in one of the South Indian Restaurants when I visited Edinburgh..
From then I often make this as a quick brunch as well  with left over idlis..It tastes too good..So try it out ..


You just need to wait for 10 minutes to soak the idlies in your favourite flavourful rasam..I had these idlis with one different and tasty rasam which I will post it soon..Mean while enjoy these tasty idlis:)


Serves – 1
Prep time – 10 mins
You need:

  • Idlis – 3
  • Rasam – 1 cup
  • Onion chopped -1
  • Lemon juice – 1tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Cut idlis into cubes and take into a serving plate.
  • Pour a cup of rasam over them and soak for 10 mins.
  • Sprinkle chopped onions,corainder leaves and then top it up with some lemon juice.
