As decided, I have been posting sweets recipe for this super festive season..Am back with another irresistible sweet recipe which you can finish it making in 15 mins..Yes man!! You read it right..you just 15 min to prepare this yummy halwa..So easy isn’t it??Off to the recipe of corn flour halwa now..without wasting a single minute 🙂
Recipe adapted from Sara Taste Buds
Makes around 10 pieces
Prep time – 15 min.
Corn Flour – 1 cup(75 gms)
Sugar – 1 cup.(Feel free to adjust more or less)
Crushed cardamom -3
Almond sliced – 5
Water – 2 1/2 cups
Food Colour – pinch
Take corn flour and sugar into a microwave safe bowl
Add in cardamom and spoon it well. Add water and stir it without forming any lumps.Add food colour
Microwave it for 5 min by stirring in between after 3 minutes.
Check the consistency..I have taken only 4 minutes to finish off the whole cooking in microwave.
Mix the almond slices and pour on a plate.you could grease the plate with oil or ghee for a smooth take.
Cut into desired shape and serve hot or chilled.This will long last fresh for 2 days when refrigerated.

|Pour on a plate..sprinkle more dry fruits..you could mix it in the flour even|
