Chilli Cheese Nuggets Recipe | How to Make Cheese Nuggets

March 7, 2013 by Siri

Chilli-Cheese-Nuggets
Who would say NO to these melting cheese nuggets..The moment I had these chilli cheese nuggets for the first time in Burger King,I decided that am gonna try out these litle cuties at home.. Googled it for so many days to find a perfect recipe but finally made my own version..They came out so perfect ..You need very less time also to prepare..
Chilli-Cheese-NuggetsI would say there is a perfect recipe than this to prepare chilli cheese nuggets which am going to try out soon again..but this one is really a quicker version to get the same and similar taste. So try it out and let me know..And if you know of any other way of preparing perfect cheese nuggets,do let me know I could be happy to try..
Chilli-Cheese-Nuggets
Makes 10-12 nuggets;Takes 30 min
INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cheese grated – 75 gms
  2. Green chillis – 3
  3. Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
  4. Pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
  5. Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. Bread crumbs as needed
  9. Plain flour as needed
  10. Beaten and seasoned eggs with red chilli powder and pepper – 2

Chilli-Cheese-Nuggets

METHOD:
Take a cheese cube and grate it or break into small pieces. When it comes to room temperature cheese would be soft enough to get broken into small pieces and get mashed.Mix cornflour, salt, pepper powder, chillies and coriander leaves and knead well to form a chapathi kind of dough. If needed add little milk to get the required consistency. The dough should not be dry and crackled.Divide the chilli cheese dough into equal balls and press gently with your finger such that they form little disc like shapes.
Take a nugget and dip in egg.Quickly take it out and roll on flour.then again coat with egg and then finally roll on bream crumbs. This kind of different layers of coating helps the nuggets to form a crispy outer layer to the melt in mouth chilli cheese.
Repeat the same for all nuggets.Heat enough oil for deep frying and fry till golden brown on both sides.Drain the excess oil on tissue paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup!!
Melting Chilly Cheese Nuggets are ready!!
