Pulpy Orange Juice |Sugarless Orange Juice | Summer Coolers

April 30, 2013 by Siri

Orange is my favourite fruit which is very easy to peel juicy and sweetest fruit It belongs to citrus family which is a rich source of Vitamin C.Well if you don’t know, orange is a good supplement for your skin and a glass of orange juice a day can make your skin look radiant. Also orange pulp is very good and refreshing for your face massage. What else is a better way to pamper our skin with such natural ingredients which are pure and toxin and chemical free? I would really prefer to eat healthy rather than going for face massages. Consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables can really make your skin smooth and shining. Always try to include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, Also try to eat whole fruits rather than juices, but for those who are allergic to eat fruits they can try these simple fruit juices.
Well this is a simple yet refreshing juice which is perfect for the scorching summer. I would really consume the orange fruit along with the pulp and never want to discard any goodness of it.This is far better than the store bought pulpy juices which are loaded with heavy sugars, colors and preservatives. Spend some time for yourself and make your own juices at home..
Takes 15 min; Serves -2
INGREDIENTS:
    1. Oranges -2
    2. Honey – 2 tbsp
    3. Cold water as needed

METHOD:

  • Peel the oranges and remove the skin. Carefully remove the seeds and keep them aside.
  • Take honey blender and add the orange fruit.Add little cold water and blend till it is juicy and pulpy. If you want you can discard the pulp by straining the juice but I like my juice to be healthy and pulpy
Enjoy the cool cool pulpy orange juice..Be safe and be healthy!
