Peas Pulav | Green Peas Rice | Bachelor Cooking Recipes

May 11, 2013 by Siri

Peas Pulav is a simple and flavorful one pot meal. When you don’t have any veggies left over in your pantry you can just prepare this aromatic peas pulav in very less time. Green Peas are a good source of protein too. This is a very mild variety of rice with fewer spices and full of flavors  This doesn’t need any side dish and goes well even with just plain curd. Can be a great lunch box recipe too. While your guests are waiting in your drawing room, you can prepare this pulav within minutes. Using frozen peas makes your life easier but feel free to use the traditional yellow/white peas. The only task that you need to do extra is to remember to soak them the previous night. And you know what? You can substitute the green peas with some finely cut green chillis too..I love making simple pulavs and rice items for my lunch box and it would be a perfect fit for people like me who are lazy to carry more boxes:) You check out my different and simple rice varieties here.
