Raspberry

So did you like this new look of sirisfood? With a heavy yet happy heart I had finally moved out of blogger and treated myself with brand new online home. While I cannot talk anything low about my old home, I am pretty excited with the new destination. I will write more about my journey to the WordPress in my future posts and also tell you why I had to decide to move out of blogger. It was an emotional(seriously) decision made after careful consideration and anlysis and yeah life is just to move one..Isn’t it?

Right! There I will put a pause to my blogging stories and lets talk something good about these juicy and tangy raspberries! Before I pen down anything about this tiny fruit let me know who says NO to fruits in your family? Your husband who is very particular about having a heavy breakfast  or is it your 5 year old who always love to munch on those chips? Did you try incorporating fruits bits into their evening snack? You can try slicing the apples and bake them to get fake chips and blend a grated apple into the pancake batter ..sorted!

Juicy Raspberries

LET’s LOSE FEW POUNDS..

These tiny fruits help you to lose weight when included in your daily menu. They are very low in fat and hig in fiber content. Means if you consumelarger portions of this fruit, the calories you gain is pretty less and moreover will keep you full for longer times as it take long time for the fiber to get digested.

Also this fruit contains a ketone which is effective in burning the fat stored in your abdomen region. Abdomen is one of the promiment places where fat gets accumulate especially in women. So I believe consumtion of raspberries is a good idea for a healthy weight loss.

I NEED A GOOD EYE VISION..

Raspberries are said to be very rich in anti-oxidants and thus helps not to make your eyes stressed.Who wouldn’t want to witness this beautiful world?

LET’s COMBAT CANCER AND DIABETES..

Raspberries contain vitamic A, vitamin C and Carotenes which makes them able to fight against cancer.I have learnt that these antioxidants neautralise the free radicals responsible for cancer cell growth. So raspberries are considered effective to protect againts cancer.

Raspberries are good at producing a substance called adeponectin to maintain the sugar levels in human body which is very key to fight with diabetes. So don’t underestime this tiny fruit:)

I WANT TO LOOK FAB..

Every woman desires to look fabulous.Isnt it? I would say to include any kind of fruits daily in your meal plan but let me tell something special about raspberries here. As we all knew aging is very common in women after we enter into 30s .Skin is very much sensitive to pollution, sun rays and also due to our stressful work environment, It is our responsibility to provide essential food to skin to look at its best.Antioxidants in raspeberries help to prevent ageing of skin..

So next time you go to shopping, never miss out to buy these cute raspberries..

So how if you are bored to eat them as it is, find out ways to sneak in to your regular food, for ideas scroll down..
