I dream a lot.
I sit behind my crystal clear window and gaze into the backyard that is often echoed with continuous noise coming from the ever ending queue of heavy objects lined up to land in the world famous Heathrow .But I don’t stop dreaming.
Whether it is winter or summer my heart goes for a morning walk strolling into the beautiful meadows of wild flowers and buzzing bees every now and then.It would open up with itself to know what it is up-to and what it is learning and what it is processing..
When I say processing, it is the pace/rate at which it shows the intensity of love, amounts of sensitivity, levels of compassion and the signs of hatred towards ‘my’ world.Droplets of emotions drizzle here and there.. will they ever make their way to a storm? Am I well balanced to just enjoy the drizzle alone? If I ever welcome a storm it is almost making the other person strong.Yes when I reach a point of my emotions where they lead to a storm the other person wins over me! No, I want to be the winner! Yes I would like to move away from the storm and always keep ‘my’ world blessed with a pleasant drizzle of well balanced emotions.
Emotions play an important role in either building or destructing a relation. Whether you enjoy a drizzle or welcome a storm is totally your choice of path in life..But I always wish for an adventure of cool breeze and light drizzle..
This is what I keep dreaming about and tell to myself to live up to my dreams!
Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Ever since I landed in this English country, breads and cakes have become an integral part of my meal.In my earlier life bread was fed only when I had fever.I get mesmerised to the fact bread is eaten in different ways for breakfast, lunch and dinner here.Cooking is really an art and each part of this world has its unique style. Having said that bread became an almost staple food at my home, I started trying various breads, cakes and everything that I could pop in to the oven.
Once such cute things are muffins.I love the fact that they
are not frosted and
are not frosted with loads of cream..yes..
I hate cream after knowing how much amount of fat goes into it.I won’t say cakes without cream are like magic to your body but somehow I feel okay to have them without loads of guilt.
Did you see the cute berries? Sorry I have washed them well under cold water and in hot water once but still they looked like this..Looks apart, these cuties are paired with muffins to give them a fruity texture.Blueberry muffins are my favourite for breakfast. You would discover each bite to be fruity fresh and aromatic.
This muffin recipe is a basic one so you could substitute blueberries with any sort of fruits or chocolate chips and such.Even the plain preparation yields you the famous vanilla cupcakes.
These got vanished in no time and am ready to prepare one more batch this weekend..with mixed berries. Who could resist using berries in the beautiful summer..Seasonal fruits are a must to the body!!
What are your favourite fruits? I love raspberries and oranges too to the core. Check out
4 Reasons Why should you not stop eating oranges
