A healthy yogurt smoothie made with fresh raspberries and yougurt, perfect for summer afternoons!
Ingredients
Raspberries - 10
Greek yougurt - ½ cup
Ice Cold Water - ¼ cups
Sugar - 2 tbsp(if you prefer)
Honey- 2 tbsp(if you want to avoid sugar)
Ice Cubes(optional)
Instructions
Wash the fruits and take into a blender.
Add yogurt, sugar/honey and blend till a smooth froth is formed.
Adjust little water according to your wish
Serve it as it is or drop in few ice cubes before you serve.
SIRI's NOTES
I usually don't filter my drink am ok with bits and pieces, you could do that if you want a fancy liquid look like You could use any kind of berries for this recipe. This is not suitable for storing and is best consumed fresh.
